As we mentioned earlier, we strongly believe in developing "Attractive and User-friendly website designs". In order to do so, we have a simple and yet powerful website design process:
1. Identify the real purpose of your website - Website design is not a rocket science. In order to understand your website design needs thoroughly, we have prepared "Website Design Questionnaire Form" which we will be providing it to you in the first meeting. You need to answer the simple questions available in that questionnaire and send it back to us.
2. Understand your needs and first draft of the Website Design delivery - Based on your answers which you had provided in our website design questionnaire form, we will prepare a basic draft of the website. We will then send that to you along with our interpretation on your website design needs which will include the following information:
- Target Market Behaviour
- Characteristics of your customer which include the details like age group, location, buying pattern etc.
- User's web experience - how much user is well versed with the website usage.
3. Project Proposal - After you agree with our understanding on your project needs, we will prepare a formal brief proposal and send it to you which would include details of features, Timeline, Cost, Payment Terms and the type of resources being needed in order to complete the entire website design project.
4. Discussion on Brief Proposal - We will be discussing the entire proposal with you and answer all your questions before you accept the same. We love questions!
5. Acceptance of Proposal - We are always very happy when we hear that you have accepted our proposal :)
6. First Mock-up Design / Prototype - After the acceptance of proposal, we will rush into the design room and start designing the first mock-up of your website. We will send that to you within 2-3 business days.
7. Final Design - We will be very happy to make unlimited changes on mock-up design till you are 100% happy. Once you are 100% happy with the design, we will consider the same as "Final Design".
8. Launching of your business to the entire globe - Great Job, we all have reached to our goal of building a highly effective website design for your business.
9. Maintenance of your website - Because of your kind co-operation, we together have achieved a great success in developing your business website exactly the way you wanted.
